Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how NibTune ("the app") handles information when you use it on your iPad. NibTune is private by default: it runs entirely on your device and needs no account, no sign-in, and no network connection. The app is published by Paper App Studio ("we", "us"), which is the data controller for the purposes of this policy. Our contact details are at the end of this page.
Information we collect
None. NibTune has no user accounts and no sign-in, and it contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting software. We do not build profiles of you, and we do not sell or share information about you, because we never receive any. We operate no servers of our own.
Information you send us
If you email an address published on this site, we receive your name, your address, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you, and we pass it to no one else. We delete the exchange within a year of the matter being closed.
Data stored on your device
Content you create — songs, instruments, presets, and app settings — is saved locally on your iPad using standard system storage. It never leaves your device unless you choose to share it.

- Theme, radial-menu size, and input settings, stored in system preferences.
This data is yours. You can delete it at any time by removing songs in the app, or by uninstalling NibTune, which removes the app's local data from your iPad.
Sharing & exporting
When you export a song — as a WAV file or as a NibTune project file — you use the standard iOS share sheet. Where the file goes (AirDrop, Files, Mail, another app) is your choice and is handled by iOS, not by NibTune. We never upload your exports anywhere.
Purchases and the App Store
NibTune reaches the network only to buy or restore the Pro upgrade, and only to Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your payment details or anything that identifies you. Apple's handling of the transaction is covered by Apple's own privacy policy. NibTune integrates no other third-party services.
Children's privacy
NibTune collects no personal information from anyone, so it collects none from children. The app requires no account and works offline.
Your rights
The only personal data we hold is your correspondence with us. To see it, correct it, restrict it, or have it deleted, email the address at the foot of this page; we answer free of charge. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also appear in the app's release notes.
